OVERDUE DEBT RECOVERY

Morgan&Stout collection agency provides you services in overdue debt recovery from legal entities. We perform pre-court debt recovery and protect our clients' interests in courts as well as perform legal and action proceedings.

Stages of cooperation:

You provide us with the information about the debtors, debt structure and the amount due.
We analyze received data and prepare a commercial proposal.
We sign an agency agreement on performing overdue debt recovery services in favour of your organization. You supply us with the debtors list.
We work with your clients who turned into the debtors and recover your money.

Charges and payment arrangements:

In case of pre-court recovery

In case of pre-court recovery Morgan&Stout's fee is charged only after receiving money transfer from the debtor.
The amount charged depends on the age of the debt and the complexity of the case. It may count from 10 to 30% of the amount due.

In case of juridicial recovery

In case of juridicial recovery and legal proceedings Morgan&Sorut's fee covers both operating expences and contingent fee.
Operating expences include the state tax which is paid when filing case to the court.
Contingent fee may count from 10 to 30% of the amount due and is paid only after receiving a money transfer from the debtor.
