Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 延長(zhǎng)蛋白 extensin是存在于植物細(xì)胞壁中的羥脯氨酸（Hyp）占有高比例的糖蛋白。細(xì)胞壁中含達(dá)2—10％，Hyp占構(gòu)成蛋白質(zhì)的氨基酸的20％以上，在其他蛋白質(zhì)中則絲氨酸（Ser）的含量高。由于可以控制植物細(xì)胞的伸展（ex-tersion），故稱為伸展蛋白。在生長(zhǎng)旺盛的幼齡期的細(xì)胞中含量少，生長(zhǎng)速度遲緩時(shí)含量增加，因而認(rèn)為具有對(duì)細(xì)胞壁不易伸展的作用。其蛋白質(zhì)部分具有－ser－Hyp－Hyp－Hyp－Hyp的氨基酸序列，Hyp殘基許多有3—4個(gè)阿拉伯糖所構(gòu)成的寡糖；而Ser殘基許多具有1—2個(gè)半乳糖。脯氨酸羥化是在肽合成后進(jìn)行，催化此過(guò)程的肽基脯氨酸羥化酶需要二價(jià)鐵離子，可被鐵離子絡(luò)合劑的a′－dipyridyl 所抑制。肽的脯氨酸羥化后，細(xì)胞器的糖鏈結(jié)合，被分泌到細(xì)胞外，納入細(xì)胞壁中。 |
